In leading a company, business leaders are classified into several categories. They are Authoritarian, Democratic, and Free Leadership style. Which one are you? Here are some explanations about each of the leadership style.

1. Authoritarian Leadership Style / Authoritarian
Is a style leader who concentrates all the decisions and policies made from himself fully. Any division of duties and responsibilities are held by the authoritarian leader, while his subordinates only carry out tasks that have been granted.

2. Democratic Leadership Style / Democratic
Democratic leadership style is a style of leader that provides broad authority to his subordinates. Any problems always involve subordinates as a team intact. In a democratic leadership style leaders give much information about the duties and responsibilities of their subordinates.

3. Free Leadership Style / Laissez Faire
Leaders of this type are involved only small quantities in which the subordinates who are actively setting goals and solving problems.
